Physiotherapy assessment and examination
Before initiating physiotherapy sessions, it is necessary first to evaluate the condition of our patients in order to create a personalized and effective physiotherapy program for each patient. On your first visit to our Physiotherapy we perform a free evaluation and review, where we record your history, evaluate your imaging examinations and doctor's notes and look at the affected area by applying special tests.

Kinisiotherapy and clinical exercise
The kinesiotherapy includes a series of active, passive or assisted movements - exercises and stretching to relieve pain, increase the strength of the affected area as well as increase and improve the movement range of the affected joints. Kinesiotherapy is an integral part of physiotherapy and is indispensable in most diseases except for some acute conditions to which it is contraindicated.

Therapeutic massage
Massage is one of the oldest ways of treatment and is a basic tool for physiotherapists. With various kneading techniques we can relieve and treat the affected areas, as it has been shown to reduce pain and have anti-inflammatory action. Also with kneading we can deactivate the trigger points.

Ultrasound therapy
Therapeutic ultrasound is a device that emits ultrasonic waves of low or high frequency which act on deeply injured tissues and cause vasodilation, hyperemia, analgesia, muscle contraction of the broken muscles and anti-inflammatory action.

Electrotherapy
It is a type of treatment with transient electrical stimulation (TENS) with electrodes, through programs of high or low intensity and frequency. Electrical pulses are generated in the affected area, which through the skin act on the nerves in order to inhibit the pain. Electrotherapy can be applied with suction electrodes (suction cups) for even better results.

Clinical Pilates
The Pilates therapeutic exercise is an evolution of the classical Pilates method. It is a type of healing exercise that is used to treat many musculoskeletal problems and is applied by specialized physiotherapists. In our physiotherapy the Pilates exercise can be applied in conjunction with physiotherapy sessions or autonomously. Exercises are personalized and tailored to the needs of each patient. Sessions are held individually or in groups of 2-3 people.

Magnetotherapy
Magnetotherapy is a therapeutic method that uses the properties of the magnetic field to treat pathological conditions. Small magnets are used that are placed on the skin, usually on or around the affected area. It is indicated for fractures, arthropathies, varicose veins, osteoporosis and other conditions. It is contraindicated when there is a cardiac pacemaker.
